Capcom has announced that they will be releasing a new demo for their fantastic action-RPG Dragon’s Dogma next week. The demo, exclusive to PS3, will allow players to utilize the character-customization system to create their own hero, and then take them character through the game’s Prologue, which ends with a battle against a nasty Hydra. Characters created for the demo will also be importable to the full version.
The Local Justice Pack has launched for the PC version of Max Payne 3. Early adopters can snag the pack for $5.99 for the next week, a saving of two bucks off the regular price. The drop includes three new multiplayer maps, each based on the campaign’s final chapters (55th Battalion HQ, Departure Lounge, and The Imperial Palace), the new M4 assault rifle and attachments, the Light Fingers trait, the new São Paulo Police multiplayer faction, and new Social Club accomplishments. All of the pre-order DLC, detailed below, is also available.
Atlus has announced that Code of Princess, their upcoming 3DS side-scrolling beat ’em up that sports light RPG elements, and which (again) looks very much like Guardian Heroes, will be available in stores on October 9. The brawler has also been given its own spot on the Internets with a brand-spanking-new official site that’s ready for your perusing.
Bethesda has released another video for Arkane Studios’ upcoming first-person action title Dishonored. This trailer, titled Creative Kills, focuses on the intertwining of the supernatural and technological as the assassin takes out his enemies using otherworldly powers and good old-fashioned guns and gadgets.
