One of Capcom’s lesser-known fighters, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, previously released in arcades and for the Dreamcast, will be receiving the HD treatment soon with JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure HD Ver. for the 360 and PS3. As with the recently announced Okami HD, this will be a download-only title, available on PSN on August 21 for $19.99 and on Live Arcade on August 22 for 1600 MS Points.
Microsoft revealed a new Halo 4-themed Xbox 360 bundle and new wireless controller at Comic-Con. The Limited Edition ‘Halo 4′ bundle will hit store shelves on November 6 and include a custom system, standard copy of the game, wired headset, built-in Wi-Fi, Live tokens for exclusive in-game and avatar marketplace content, two themed controllers, and a 320GB hard drive. The front-panel green lights will also be blue, fitting with the game’s color scheme. The controller will sport a United Nations Space Command theme, with the UNSC’s emblem on a translucent body, and a glowing blue Xbox button. An Avatar T-Shirt will also be included.
People Can Fly, the studio behind Painkiller and the ridiculously fun Bulletstorm, is getting their turn at the Gears of War franchise next year with the Epic Games co-developed Gears of War: Judgment. Microsoft has announced that the prequel, set shortly after Emergence Day but before the original Gears, will launch on March 19. In addition to new enemies, locations, and weapons, Judgement will include a new class-based, Horde and Beast hybrid multiplayer mode called OverRun.
