Atlus made some waves recently with the announcement that its upcoming fighter based on the Shin Megami Tensei franchise, Persona 4 Arena, will be the first PlayStation 3 game to be region locked. The Tales series will be continuing its story next year with the release of Tales of Xillia for the PS3. According to Namco Bandai Games America’s VP of Marketing, Carlson Choi, the success of both Tales of the Abyss for 3DS and Tales of Graces f for PS3 made the decision to localize Xillia “one of the easiest decisions we have ever made.”
