A new DLC pack will be launching shortly for Mass Effect 3, Resurgence Pack. This is the second free download announced, following Extended Cut, and will include a number of in-game items.
Set to launch on April 10 on Live, Origin, and PSN, Resurgence Pack will include two new maps (Firebase Condor and Firebase Hydra), six new unlockable characters (Asari Justicar Adept, Batarian Soldier, Batarian Sentinel, Geth Engineer, Geth Infiltrator, and Krogan Battlemaster Vanguard), three new weapons (Geth Plasma SMG, Kishock Harpoon Gun, and Striker Assault Rifle), and four new consumables (Shield Power Cells, Stabilization Module, Strength Enhancer, and Targeting VI).
Note that gamers who pick up a second printing or secondhand release will have to purchase an online pass to access the pack, unlike Extended Cut.
