It’s time to return to Silent Hill today with the release of Silent Hill: Downpour for the 360 and PS3. (Cue scratchy music and a crazy mutant that’s a reflection of your inner guilt.) The latest release has players taking on the role of convicted felon Murphy Pendleton, a man who awakens after a vehicle crash to find himself near the town of Silent Hill, “where mysterious locals welcome him into a slowly developing personal hell.”
Silent Hill: Downpour utilizes the Unreal 3 engine for a free-roam design, which offers Side Quests to unlock new areas, special items, and bonus material.
