PC gamers feeling left out of the recent Resident Evil action should be happy to hear that Capcom has confirmed May 18 as the official launch date of Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City. The PC version will include support for Nvidia 3D Vision, enhanced visuals, and in addition to all of the features of the console version, the ability to play in an online eight-player team-based verses mode and four-player campaign mode.
Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City will be available for the 360, PC, and PS3, with the console versions hitting store shelves on March 20.
Play as Umbrella Security Service (U.S.S.) operatives or the US Government Spec Ops and unleash chaos on the streets of Raccoon City. A terrifying third force, zombies and B.O.W.’s, add to the carnage as players execute brutal kills on their enemies and tactically use the third force to their advantage, utilizing them as a shield against the opposing team.
