Logitech is set to release two new game-centric peripherals designed especially for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. Later this month and early next, respectively, the Logitech Gaming Keyboard G105 and Logitech Laser Mouse G9X will be hitting the market just in time for Infinity Ward’s latest.
The Logitech Gaming Keyboard G105 will retail for $79.99 and feature six programmable G-keys with three mode states for up to 18 possible macro combinations, with the ability to record new macros with the MR key. Up to five keys can be used at once without interference, and there will a standard suite of media keys for quick access to sound, start, stop, pause, forward, and back. A switch will also allow for users to alternate between game and desktop modes, while a Modern Warfare-esque night-vision-themed green backlight will help with key spotting.
The Logitech Laser Mouse G9X will ship a little later and go for $99.99. The G9X will be able to handle speeds up to 165 inches per second “with on-the-fly adjustable dpi” from 200 dpi to 5700 dpi. Up to five profiles can be saved, customized for mouse weight and LED color, and a MicroGear scroll wheel is said to allow for faster browser scrolling (aside from being handy for selecting weapons).
