Frank West is a busy man these days. His latest brush with the undead, Dead Rising 2: Off The Record, was released earlier this week, and now gaming’s most intrepid photojournalist will find himself with a new ally in his portable adventures.
A recently released update for Dead Rising Mobile, which requires iOS 4.1 or better, for the newer iPhone (3GS, 4) and iPod touch (32 and 64 GB 3rd gen or 4th gen) models will add Department of Homeland Security rookie agent Jessica McCarney as a playable character. The two will attempt to survive the zombie invasion of Willamette by holding up the local mall.
To celebrate the update and Off The Record’s release, Dead rising Mobile will be reduced to $.99 from $1.99 from October 13-17.
