Cave Story 3D – new shots released, first look at 2D Sprite Mode

Cave Story 3D (3DS) Late Sept Screenshots - Screenshot 1NIS has sent along some new screenshots of their upcoming action-platformer Cave Story 3D. These shots show off the 2D mode that can be turned on in the options, which reverts the character back to the original 2D sprite version while the environments remain in 3D.
