Logitech will be shipping two new tablet and smartphone accessories later this month, the Logitech Wireless Headset and the Logitech Wireless Boombox. Both are compatible with the iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch, as well as other Bluetooth devices. The new line is designed to allow for hands-free enjoyment of media on portable devices as to more conveniently check out some of the Internet’s delights on the go—say, a particularly enjoyable podcast or video series.
The headset features a noise-canceling microphone and a six-hour rechargeable battery, and will go for $69.99. The boombox can be set up to 33 feet away from the anchored device and its rechargeable battery is also estimated to hold for six hours of straight use, and will include eight custom-designed drivers to separate sound frequencies. The boombox will retail for $149.99.
