Logitech announces Joystick, Fold-Up Keyboard for iPad
iPad gamers looking for a more traditional control scheme might be in luck. Logitech has announced two new accessories for the popular tablet, the Joystick for iPad and Fold-Up Keyboard for iPad 2. The Joystick is a thumb-stick controller that attaches via suction cups that uses a coiled spring for force feedback and for re-centering. The Fold-Up Keyboard might not get the thumbs twitching, but a Bluetooth-enabled, USB-powered full-size keyboard might be a bit more useful for everyday activities—such as reading and navigating your favorite website (ahem).

Rage comic series wraps up, final issue now available
The last of Dark Horse’s three-part Rage comic series is now on store shelves. The trilogy serves as a prequel to id’s upcoming shooter, taking readers through the events that lead to the world turning into a massive ball of unpleasantness and the rise of the Authority.

Pinball FX2 – Ms. Splosion Man table coming next week
Pinball FX2′s Ms. Splosion Man table, Zen Studios’ latest foray into licensed expansions, will be available on August 31 for 240 MS Points. The new table, exclusive to Live Arcade, will feature Twisted Pixel’s Ms. Splosion Man and the Mighty Eternal and integrate into the Pinball FX2 platform. PAX attendees will get a chance to try it out a week early at Twisted Pixel’s booth (#3003) and Microsoft’s booth (#432).

PlayStation Home to become a ‘world of games’ this fall
PlayStation Home is set to receive some renovations this fall as Sony has announced plans for a complete redesign to shift its setup from being a virtual environment to a world of games. The virtual destination will receive a new Hub that will integrate games, quests, events, and user-generated content, as well as provide options for shopping, socializing, and accessing other media. The Hub will teleport players to different “genre-based districts, where they will encounter games tailored to their interests and style, while introducing them to a rich and diverse selection of game experiences.”

Dungeon Defenders 360, PC release date announced
Dungeon Defenders, Trendy Entertainment’s upcoming download-only hybrid action-RPG tower defense title, is set to launch this fall for the 360, PC, and PS3. D3Publisher and Reverb Publishing have announced that gamers will be able to enjoy some fantastically fantasy four-player co-op action on October 19 when it launches on Live. A release date for the PSN launch should be revealed shortly.

Dishonored – official site a go, screenshots released
The curtains have been pulled back a bit more from Arx Fatalis developer Arkane Studios’ upcoming action title, Dishonored. In addition to the new shots, Bethesda also announced the launch of the game’s official site.
