Batman: Arkham City gets a touch of Castle with Stana Katic
Warner Bros. made a small Batman: Arkham City announcement at Comic-Con this week. Stana Katic from ABC’s Castle has signed on to voice the character of Talia al Ghul. If you don’t know of Talia, then you might know her father, the classic villain (and one of the best on the animated series) Ra’s al Ghul.

Marvel Pinball expanding with Vengeance and Virtue, new launches
Zen Studios has announced the expansion of Marvel Pinball with a new version as well as a host of ports. For the 360 and PS3, the studio currently has Marvel Pinball: Vengeance and Virtue in development. The four-table pack will debut with Ghost Rider as the first hero out when the set hits Live and PSN this winter. And for those who have been itching to give Marvel Pinball a try but don’t have a 360 or PS3, good news! Zen plans on launching the title on Android and iOS devices, as well as the 3DS, PC, PS Vita, and WiiU by the end of 2012.

Mortal Kombat’s fourth DLC announced, Freddy’s coming for you
The fourth DLC combatant for the latest Mortal Kombat was announced today. Due out in August for 400 MS Points/$4.99, Freddy Krueger from the famed Nightmare on Elm Street films will join the roster as an entrant from the Dream Realm. Freddy comes packing two fatalities, an arcade ladder story ending, and a bit of an upgrade as he will now sport a second beclawed glove.

New Street Fighter x Tekken characters, screenshots revealed
The Comic-Con announcements continue with Capcom revealing four new fighters for their upcoming crossover Street Fighter x Tekken. Joining the cast are Street Fighter’s Dhalsim, Steve, and Poison (also of Final Fight fame) as well as Tekken’s Yoshimitsu.
