Dead Block now on PS Network, grab the hammers and guns

Dead Block (360, PS3) PSN Launch Announcement - Screenshot 1Candygun Games’ Dead Block, styled a ‘zombie defense game,’ recently launched on Live Arcade and now it’s the PS3’s turn. Publisher Digital Reality has sent word that the undead have reached PSN and are clamoring for some bra(aaaaaaa)ins.

For $9.99, players will be taken back to 1950 as one of three characters trying to survive an undead apocalypse. Boy Scout Mike Bacon, construction worker Jack Foster, and meter maid Foxy Jones will have to fortify an area and fend off waves of zombie hordes by utilizing special attacks in addition to unlockable weapons and traps. Four-player split-screen co-op is also available, with an extra eight co-op levels added so that friends can unleash some righteous fury on the decaying shamblers.
