Not content to revisit Two Worlds II with an expansion alone, TopWare Interactive has decided to go all-out and with a new collection, Two Worlds II: Velvet Game of the Year Edition. Set for release on October 18, the set includes both the base game and upcoming expansion, Pirates of the Flying Fortress, as well as a slew of other pack-in extras.
In a move to outclass the classiest of their competitors, TopWare is breaking out the big guns: velvet. The Mac and Windows PC version will sport a black velvet wrap while the console version will be adorned in a red one. The pack comes with the an updated multi-lingual version of the game, the expansion, a double-sided world map, a pirate head pin (also featured in the game), and a bonus disc containing artwork, wallpaper, videos, an extended soundtrack, and two player-versus-player multiplayer maps.
