Rockstar has detailed the second round of DLC for Red Dead Redemption, the Liars and Cheats Pack. Set to launch on September 21 for 800 MS Points/$9.99, the pack centers around “expanding the free roam multiplayer experience as well as adding new modes to competitive multiplayer.”
The pack will include Multiplayer Poker, Liar’s Dice, and the Strondhold Competitive Multiplayer mode, in addition to the content previously announced as the Free Roam Pack. Originally planned as a free download, the Free Roam Pack was packaged with Liars and Cheats due to the “platform networks’ restrictions on numbers of free packs” companies can give away.
In addition to the inclusion of multiplayer poker and dice, there will also be a host of new features: multiplayer horse races, posse scoring and leaderboards, an explosive rifle for use in single- and multiplayer, seven new gang hideouts, 15 additional characters from the storyline, and four new hunting grounds. To top it off, there will also be new Achievements and Trophies.
